Requirements

  • Solid foundation in computer science with 8+ years of solid software development experience
  • Highly confident in object oriented programming language(s) – We code primarily in Java/RxJava, Scala, Python, but we believe that engineers with deep fundamentals can pick up new languages relatively quickly.

About the Role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer with a deep understanding of the iOS & Android platforms, who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will be joining a new team working on exciting apps with an ambitious goal to reach consumers globally. You will help set our technical direction for mobile app development, and be responsible for launching our new apps. Day-to-day you will work closely with other engineers to integrate with our wider technology platform, and designers to help bring to life their vision in engaging, high-quality apps.

Requirements

About the role

As the first marketing hire focused exclusively on digital performance and marketing systems, this role exists to maximize the global market opportunity for Parrot Analytics by taking charge of existing business-as-usual digital initiatives such as sending regular email campaigns, as well as implementing and optimizing new marketing technologies, marketing processes, lead campaigns and workflows.

Working within a dynamic and high-performance marketing team, your work will supercharge our digital marketing practices to increase the results generated from our digital properties and marketing channels.

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, your task is to drive incremental returns from our marketing tech stack through a relentless focus on results, powered by relevant metrics. Your work will impact the entire prospect and customer journey: From channel selection and optimization, inbound content scaling, social posts, outbound SEO partnerships and Hubspot email marketing campaigns through to data governance, sales ops assistance, lead nurture campaigns, marketing tech integration work, sales enablement, hypothesis testing and conversion rate optimization!

 

Requirements

Broad digital experience:

  • You have experience implementing, managing and optimizing a broad range of digital marketing strategies and tactics in multiple global markets including email marketing, inbound marketing, pay-for-performance campaigns as well as social media marketing.
  • You have optimized campaigns against targets such as open and click-through rates, ROAS, lead quality maximization, conversion rate optimization and cost-per-lead.
  • You can play the role of an email campaign manager, a Hubspot administrator, a Google Ads optimizer, a Google Analytics expert, a content editor and a marketing technologist - all at once.
  • You have worked closely with design, insights, strategy, data analysis and sales teams to execute on digital, inbound and online growth campaigns.
Hands-on expertise:
  • You are an expert at getting results from digital assets such as videos, whitepapers, in-depth reports, event presentations, high profile press mentions, thought leadership articles and blog posts to maximize lead generation and brand impact.
  • You have an expert-level understanding of Hubspot, email marketing, email workflows and lead nurture.
  • You have executed successful long-term inbound content marketing campaigns including scaling-up copywriting, implementing SEO best-practices and strategic link building.

About the role

As the first marketing hire focused exclusively on digital performance and marketing systems, this role exists to maximize the global market opportunity for Parrot Analytics by taking charge of existing business-as-usual digital initiatives such as sending regular email campaigns, as well as implementing and optimizing new marketing technologies, marketing processes, lead campaigns and workflows.

Working within a dynamic and high-performance marketing team, your work will supercharge our digital marketing practices to increase the results generated from our digital properties and marketing channels.

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, your task is to drive incremental returns from our marketing tech stack through a relentless focus on results, powered by relevant metrics. Your work will impact the entire prospect and customer journey: From channel selection and optimization, inbound content scaling, social posts, outbound SEO partnerships and Hubspot email marketing campaigns through to data governance, sales ops assistance, lead nurture campaigns, marketing tech integration work, sales enablement, hypothesis testing and conversion rate optimization!

Requirements

Broad digital experience:

  • You have experience implementing, managing and optimizing a broad range of digital marketing strategies and tactics in multiple global markets including email marketing, inbound marketing, pay-for-performance campaigns as well as social media marketing.
  • You have optimized campaigns against targets such as open and click-through rates, ROAS, lead quality maximization, conversion rate optimization and cost-per-lead.
  • You can play the role of an email campaign manager, a Hubspot administrator, a Google Ads optimizer, a Google Analytics expert, a content editor and a marketing technologist - all at once.
  • You have worked closely with design, insights, strategy, data analysis and sales teams to execute on digital, inbound and online growth campaigns.
Hands-on expertise:
  • You are an expert at getting results from digital assets such as videos, whitepapers, in-depth reports, event presentations, high profile press mentions, thought leadership articles and blog posts to maximize lead generation and brand impact.
  • You have an expert-level understanding of Hubspot, email marketing, email workflows and lead nurture.
  • You have executed successful long-term inbound content marketing campaigns including scaling-up copywriting, implementing SEO best-practices and strategic link building.
  • You know how to maximize a digital marketing budget against specific outcome targets and understand the process of selecting the best pay-for-performance channels to achieve this outcome.
  • You have hands-on experience with mobile app marketing and app store optimization (ASO).
  • And you can find your way around CMS systems, of course.
Digital marketing versatility:
  • You have experience with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing campaigns.
