Investor Relations Executive

We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Executive to join our founding team as we rapidly grow our client base. You will report directly to our Head of Investor Relations and will spend the majority of your time on the phone and email with Investors, building new relationships, understanding needs and articulating Jasper's differentiated real estate investment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to develop and execute a New Zealand capital-raising strategy including key outreach activities, sales pipeline development and action items.
  • Identifying and pursue new sources of capital, with an initial focus on family office and high net worth individuals. Leverage existing relationships to enhance near-term fundraising capacity.
  • Manage new conversations with investors, articulating Jasper’s differentiated real estate investment solutions.
  • Strengthen and support relationships with Jasper's existing clients
  • Proactively nurture leads and follow up with investors in a systematic and timely manner
  • Build Jasper’s profile as a real estate fund manager through high quality thought leadership
  • Coordinate with Investor Relations Support to expertly respond to and address client questions
  • Help the Marketing department to execute investor outreach activities to support prospecting and sales efforts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in syndication sales, equity sales, wealth management, or financial services.
  • The NZ certificate of financial services (level 5), or the willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Existing book of business you believe is portable to Jasper
  • Commercial real estate and alternative asset knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that encourage openness, trust and relationship building
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, a motivated self starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer orientation, deep empathy for your clients and their needs.
  • Technology literate. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
