Client Director

About the position

 

The primary goal of this role is to be the key strategic advisor for your client portfolio and be at the forefront of the relationship they have with ArchiPro. Your goal is to retain and grow client relationships therefore annual client spend, improve client retention rates, and pitch ArchiPro product and services.

 

You will be accountable and responsible for the delivery of, including but not limited to:

 

  • Client happiness through regular servicing and a high level of communication

Business Development Representative

About the position

 

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who knows how to excel in what they do to join us at ArchiPro!

 

As an ArchiPro PRO you will be a key member of and contributor in our Sales team. You will report to the Head of Professionals.

 

The primary goal of this role is to support the Professional Sales team by enabling the Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s) to focus on client facing activity. This is done through calling leads to set meetings in the BDM teams diary, generating new leads and managing the pipeline of prospects.

 

You will be accountable and responsible for the delivery of, including but not limited to:

 

  • 150 connected calls made per week
  • 25 meetings booked per week
  • Managing inbound marketing leads, qualifying them and contacting them in a timely manner
  • Generating new business by developing leads and contacting new clients in the professionals sector. (You will have a focus area and/or region as part of our team strategy)
  • Communicate your in-depth understanding of the ArchiPro platform and how it will add value to your clients businesses ultimately leading to sales
  • Setting meetings for the Professional BDM team to follow on the initial interest you have generated to present the ArchiPro platform to them

DevOps Engineer

About the Role

 

As a DevOps Engineer in the Architecture & Infrastructure team, you will take responsibility for developing and managing the AWS environment in which Archipro’s products are deployed and hosted. Reporting to the Chief Architect this is a role where you can take full ownership, and work together with the rest of the team of (2 Developers) on the CI/CD workflow of the application, and utilising an Infrastructure as Code approach to deployment and management of the AWS environment.

 

If you're a self-directed, independent and an experienced DevOps Engineer looking to make an impact and shape the direction of a fast growing company, this is for you.

 

You will:

 

  • Develop infrastructure as code artefacts to support the deployment and management of AWS infrastructure using CDK
  • Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for the AWS infrastructure
  • Respond to, diagnose and resolve any operational issues reported within the operating environment
  • Ensure the AWS infrastructure is performant, resilient and secure
  • Support and develop the CI/CD pipeline
  • Build strong relationships within the Architecture & infrastructure team (3), and across the broader development team (25), to promote good practice with regards to the AWS environment and services in use
  • Keep up with new technologies, trying many of them out for yourself
  • Have a proven ability to learn and critique new technologies quickly and without guidance
  • Ensure good documentation is produced and maintained

 

You will have:

 

  • Experience of a DevOps role using the AWS platform and services
  • A good knowledge and working experience of AWS CDK
  • Good understanding and experience of scripting, particularly Javascript/typescript, bash/shell scripting
  • An understanding of network fundamentals and web server technologies, such as load balancing and nginx

About the Position

 

We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content such as ebooks, checklists, case studies, testimonials, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

 

This role will be the backbone of our inbound marketing, generating engaging content to convert website visitors into leads, and leads into customers.

 

You will:

 

  • Create free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.

About the Role

 

As a Campaign Manager for New Zealand you are responsible for the successful delivery of all client booked activity across ArchiPro channels including email, video, events and digital.

You will work closely with the Client Experience team to understand their clients’ brief and expectations and at times you will need to work with their clients directly.

About the position

 

We are looking for an exceptional Performance Marketer to join the ArchiPro team and play a significant role in driving the next phase of growth. You will plan, manage, and optimise growth experiments across paid channels from awareness, to acquisition, to revenue.

 

Using your passion for data-driven insights, you'll partner with a team of Product Marketing Managers and the broader Design and Marketing team to own and manage digital channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates. You will constantly be analysing campaign performance and looking at ways to improve warm leads to our website and their conversion.

 

You will:

 

  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to create and execute a strong performance marketing execution plan for FY23, ensuring this is executed at a high quality and optimised ROI
  • Manage a significant annual paid advertising budget
  • Conduct regular campaign analysis to extract insights and guide actionable changes that will accelerate performance across conversion, engagement, and acquisition
  • Report results, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement

As a Data Analyst, your primary goal is to provide insights, identify opportunities, and drive sales direction and growth within the organisation. You will be responsible for building reports, dashboards and metrics across the business, generating data-driven insights and identifying business opportunities. You will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the ArchiPro data sets and leverage them to achieve data analysis goals, becoming a key extension of our Data team.

The primary goal of a Global Sales Performance Coach is to help ArchiPro's regional sales teams grow and improve performance using specialist skills in coaching and facilitation, sales enablement and learning and development.

  • Analyse, optimise and document our best regional sales and marketing processes and practices.

As People Administrator & Office Lead you will manage all facilities, day-to day management of our Head Office, support the People & Culture team with any administrative/coordination tasks, and support the wider business with any other relevant administrative duties.

Be the go-to person on all matters related to the employee experience within the office (and for those working remotely). Office support responsibilities include:

 

  • Plan and monitor the level of office supplies (e.g. kitchen, stationary, merchandise etc.)
