How will you contribute:

Are you driven by people and relationships? Do you have a history of efficiency and high performance? Are you seeking a highly autonomous role with ability to manage your own day?

FundTap has doubled revenue in the last 6 months and is in rapid growth phase. We are only at the beginning stages of our growth journey, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated customer specialist to become an integral part of the FundTap team.

You will be a key part of the Customers team, working together to efficiently onboard customers and provide first rate support to our clients and the wider FundTap team. A large part of your role will be to effectively manage collections, taking a collaborative but firm approach where required. This will be your baby to manage and own, liaising directly to the CE. 

Above all, you will add to and build the Customers Team to ensure an effective and fun work environment. You will enjoy working autonomously and thrive on building true partnerships with your customers. 

Our head office is in the sunny, idyllic town of Nelson where you will be based.  The Customer team works across the hours of 9am to 7pm, but with a great amount of flexibility to ensure this works with your life. You will have the chance to work both from the office and from home with the sole consideration being your ability to work efficiently.

Must have:

  • A self-starter who takes the initiative and learns quickly,
  • Team player that understands the importance of their contribution,
  • Minimum 5 years customer, administration or collections experience,
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency,
  • Proven ability to work with and build teams with their contribution,
  • Demonstrated success with growing customer relationships,
  • A proven passion for continuous improvement,
  • A want to align the growth of FundTap with their own personal growth and reputation

 

Desired:

  • Experience in a SaaS or Fintech product customer service role or,
  • Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control & Collections or Finance environment
  • A basic understanding of Business Financials (Ie. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
