At PaySauce we provide payroll and people software for small employers. Dominating agri and in particular dairy, we're now becoming well established in other markets and have a particular focus on the very small business who don't usually have a payroll or HR person within their team.

The market opportunity ahead for PaySauce

2023 is a huge year: we're launching into Australia with a brand new mobile product. Our team has grown and continues to grow, and we've identified very specific business problems for small employers we can help them with.

We're increasing our reach into markets in New Zealand beyond our traditional stronghold of agri/rural, and we're confident that our focus on small/micro businesses helps a significant proportion of employers who have been underserved or ignored by other payroll providers in market.

We're not your usual start up: we have far more emphasis on support and service to our customers. That's reflected in the make up of our company and who works here: we're so much more focused on the user and the community rather than navel-gazing, and our great relationship with users helps us with our product development.

We don't get too up ourselves about who's who or who manages what - we all just muck in and do what needs to be done. Despite moving on from those very early first few start up years, we're still a young company with a growing employee base. Our systems, processes and practices are still evolving as we grow, and we adapt quickly - if you want to effect change, you can!
