Snapshot of Kea Aerospace

We’re on a mission to create insights from the stratosphere that will improve life on our planet. Our vision is to be a world leader in stratospheric flight operation and data collection.

The market opportunity ahead for Kea Aerospace

Building upon the success of our four test flights this year, we will continue our journey with the Kea Atmos Mk1, New Zealand's first solar-powered stratospheric aircraft. We are planning a stratospheric flight for later this year.

Looking ahead, we are focused on the development of subsequent versions of the Kea Atmos, aiming to enhance its capabilities to fly at higher altitudes continuously for months.

This will enable us to revolutionise industries such as environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, disaster management, and maritime awareness, leveraging advanced aerial imagery capabilities.
