  • 1-2 years of experience in data visualization using Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or equivalent
  • A passion for getting to the bottom of problems and understanding causation trees
  • An understanding of key business metrics and levers
  • Good time management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively on a technical and non-technical level

Bonus

  • You have skills in statistics or data modelling
  • You have experience with eCommerce and/or marketing analytics

Solve is remote friendly and regularly has staff working from home, but we also have Auckland and Wellington offices for when you want somewhere to go and work. We use video calling and Slack to stay in touch. We have a flexible hours and leave policy to allow you to integrate work and life in the way that best suits you.

This role will report to the Head of Customer Strategy. As a member of our analytics team, the successful candidate will work alongside customer success and our wider software development team.
