Customer Service Agent

About the role:

You will be an important part of the support offered to our customers, dealers and installers, there is never a dull day!

  • Provide efficient and effective high level support to customers by telephone, electronically or face to face

  • Facilitate plan and hardware upgrades and reconciliations for customers.

  • Keep customers up to date with new features and products

  • Onboarding Customers including helping provide training

  • Testing new features allowing a greater level of assistance being given to enquiries


About you:

  • Above all, you're someone who loves working with customers and providing the best possible service
  • You're tech savvy, but you don't need to be an expert in the tech industry
  • You'll have a curious mind and want to continuously learn
  • You're down to earth and able to communicate with a diverse range of people
