Head of Platform

This newly created role is essential in helping us scale for growth and staying ahead of the game, as well as improving on products to solve future problems for our clients.

The Head of Platform will oversee and provide technical leadership to the Technical Services staff involved in the development and testing of core Data Torque product platforms. 

Working alongside their colleagues in the Technical Services leadership team, they will contribute to the strategic direction of Technical Services at Data Torque. 

The Head of Platform will also work closely with the Group Manager, Technical Services to ensure that an appropriate strategic direction is in place for platform implementation. The role is focused on technical planning and leadership and has no direct people management responsibilities. 

As the head of technical platform development, you will provide technical leadership to the Heads of Practice in their area to ensure consistent direction is offered to technical staff. They will have oversight of the utilisation and performance of staff working in their area and be accountable for ensuring any issues that impact team performance are appropriate mitigated or resolved.
