Head of Implementation
This newly created role is essential in helping us scale for growth and staying ahead of the game, as well as improving on products to solve future problems for our clients.
The purpose of the Head of Implementation role is to oversee and provide technical leadership to the Technical Services staff involved in the implementation and testing of core Data Torque product platforms in client projects.
Working alongside their colleagues in the Technical Services leadership team, they will contribute to the strategic direction of Technical Services at Data Torque. They are responsible for ensuring staff working in the implementation of our core products for clients are working efficiently and following defined best practice to deliver solutions that are of high quality and meet the needs of our clients.
The role works closely with the Group Manager, Technical Services to ensure that an appropriate strategic direction is in place for client implementation. The role is focused on technical planning and leadership and has no direct people management responsibilities.
As the Head of Client Implementation work, the Head of Implementation will be accountable for how this work is carried out. They will provide technical leadership to the Heads of Practice in their area to ensure consistent direction is offered to technical staff. This will encompass work conducted by Data Torque staff and by trusted third-party implementers.
