Your Role

As Senior Security Engineer you will build and manage security tooling to detect and respond to systems security issues, stay up to date with the latest security vulnerabilities, participate in incident response and work closely with engineering teams to advise on secure architecture, best practices and help secure our environment as a whole.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the driving force behind growing our Security practice and advocate for and implement best practices for our business’s security handling and governance
  • Raise awareness and be a subject matter expert to tech teams, empowering them to maintain security throughout the SDLC
  • Implement, maintain, and improve security infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
  • Conduct security threat modelling of existing and emerging systems and technologies at Re-Leased
  • Assist in vulnerability management and remediation processes and contribute to remediation plans
  • Help lead incident response through in-depth, technical analysis and remediation
  • Participate with the resolution of security-related infrastructure configurations or failures
  • Track and maintain operational security metrics (i.e. threats, risks, issues).

Your Experience

  • Significant experience developing and documenting security processes and plans based on common information security management frameworks (ISO 270x, SOC 2, NIST or CIS)
  • Professional experience in leading, designing, developing and deploying security and operations best practice, monitoring, and tooling
  • Technical knowledge of security engineering, identity and access management, applied cryptography, and security protocols
  • Demonstrated cloud experience with Azure or similar (e.g. IAM best practices, networking, securing multi-account setups, etc.).
  • Experience working with engineers to create and ingest the right logs, configure meaningful risk-based alerting
  • Coding experience using at least one language such as C#, Python, etc. and preferably experience in software development and automation
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor others within the security domain

People and Operations Business Partner - Denver

Your Role

As People and Operations Business Partner you will be responsible for driving and instilling great leadership behaviours across the Re-Leased team in North America, whilst reporting directly to the Global Head of People and Operations, based in New Zealand. You will localise the global People strategy and be the 1st Business Partner on the ground in North America!

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with and coach leaders on how to execute their people plans, to manage performance and support business growth
  • Think and act with a Business Owner Mindset and ensure that leaders are supported in a way that aligns with the global business strategy
  • Execute and deliver global performance, talent, succession planning and other core HR activities in a way that is local and relevant
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Talent to support the talent acquisition effort in the local market, at times running end to end recruitment
  • Manage all ER and legal issues as and when they arise, in consultation with the Global H/O People and Operations

Your Role

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) you will be responsible for the management and improvement of our revenue-generating functions, including marketing, sales, and partnerships. Your success is measured by sustained revenue growth and building an efficient and scalable revenue engine for Re-Leased. Although our preferred location for this role is Denver, we are open to considering other locations in North America, London, Auckland, or Melbourne.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide sound and strong leadership to the wider global business specifically across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships
  • Drive and deliver all key revenue operations and processes to ensure a high level of global engagement across the functions
  • Responsible for all streams of revenue at Re-Leased and overseeing all revenue-generating functions, involving the management of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships

  • Direct system testing and validation procedures 
  • Identify technology limitations in current application and code

Your Experience

  • Experience with .NET 4.0/4.5 in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and SQL Server
  • Skills to design and build great web applications with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Experience developing solutions for the Cloud/SaaS technical web environments - particularly, experience working with the Microsoft Azure platform would be useful
  • An ability to write beautiful code that runs quickly and robustly - and initiative to debug, fix and improve existing code
  • A flair for developing excellent user interface and experience
  • A desire to work in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment with a great team
  • Bonus points for experience with technologies such as Azure Functions, Docker, Redis, Cosmos DB
