VP of Product - New Zealand

Our cloud-based commercial property management software is designed to specifically meet the needs of commercial property owners and property managers and make Commercial Real Estate simple and seamless for all parties.  

Your Role 

As VP of Product you will be responsible for the management and improvement of our product portfolio, from conceptualization to launch, and post-launch performance. You will build a great product team that is tuned to lead products for sustainable business value in terms of revenue, profits and strategic footing and put the customer at the core of the work we do.  

You could join us anywhere in New Zealand or the US! 

Your Responsibilities 

  • The formulation of the Product Management team’s vision and that the vision is imparted in every sub-department and employee in the business 
  • Play a leading role in enabling and refining strategies developed by the product management team, considering market trends and competition 
  • Create a process that drives a scalable product portfolio that continuously and consistently delights the consumers and will in turn sustainably drive the business’s product profitability  
  • Play a mentorship role for key product management teammates, ensuring overall capability development 
  • Work in partnership to support those who are responsible for delivering the specified Roadmaps to meet the market opportunity 
  • Clearly define key product requirements and associated metrics of success across customer and sales benefits enabled by interface with markets, technology, and analytics resources  
  • Ensure the product team has working partnerships with technology delivery and design leads on sprint planning, daily standup meetings, retrospectives, resource allocation, and project management against roadmap execution  
  • Lead the market implementation strategy for all B2B products (aligned to both Sales and Product strategies)  
  • Provide ongoing review of market priorities/gaps and customers satisfaction 

Your Experience 

  • Significant global product leadership experience in a SaaS based organisation  
  • An understanding of technical product processes and strategy delivery  
  • Proven experience delivering and executing product road maps in a global business  
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills that bridge communication gaps and improve synergy among functions 
  • Proven ability to take a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to leadership and collaboration to achieve results and motivate others to do the same

Account Executive - Auckland

Your Role

Due to the continued growth and success of our APAC market, we are seeking an Account Executive to join our Auckland or Melbourne based teams. Reporting into the Regional Head of Sales, you will develop and cultivate a sales territory and sell Re-Leased products and services to prospective clients within the commercial real estate industry.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Accountable for developing and nurturing relationships with Commercial Real Estate executives (Owners/Landlords, Property Managers, Accountants etc) 
  • Communicate relevant Re-Leased values and be an advocate for who we are as a business 
  • Represent the Re-Leased brand and move our mission forward in the market
  • Run a full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
  • Ensure a high level of activity to build pipeline

Your Experience

  • Solid B2B software sales experience or CRE industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self starter and proven experience generating your own leads
  • Proven track record in closing new business over a sustained period while exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using a consultative, solution based sales methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to be extremely organized, competitive and goal driven
  • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
  • Demonstrated ability and resilience to work in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
