Marketing and Campaign Executive

Your Role 

As Marketing and Campaign Executive you will be responsible for supporting the APAC and North American market and wider team in a generalist marketing capacity with a strong focus on supporting the execution of local campaigns, content creation and events. You will have the opportunity to think individually and use your passion as a Re-Leased brand advocate to drive projects forward. 

Your Responsibilities  

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager in identifying, developing and executing marketing campaigns to support the sales and marketing teams to deliver against set revenue targets and deliver key strategies 
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to monitor and identify optimisation 
  • Identify, evaluate, develop and implement promotional opportunities (including digital campaigns, webinars, events, email marketing) and ideas from conception through to delivery for the APAC and North American market 
  • Assist in a new website launch and support the ongoing management of the new website to improve conversion rate 
  • Coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows 
  • Become a trusted marketing advisor and act as a Re-Leased brand champion 

Your Experience  

  • Demonstrated generalist marketing experience with a strong understanding and delivery of campaigns and content and communications  
  • Experience in SaaS organisations would be an advantage, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth business 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver as a key player on a variety of projects 
  • Proven outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and measurable objectives

Senior Product Designer

Your Role 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be working with Product, Engineering, and the wider organisation to optimise our overall user experience and design within the Re-Leased product suite. You will also partner with users and the team to improve our research-driven approach to design and user experience. You will have the opportunity to directly impact customer acquisition and retention. 

You will create wireframes, rapid prototypes and designs with an iterative approach and be a key player in developing our design system to ensure we can build consistent experiences at pace, through re-usable components, styles and patterns. 

Your Responsibilities  

  • Work with data and qualitative insight together with UX Researchers, Product Managers, the Engineering team and other relevant stakeholders 
  • Map the experiences of users and define how we need to change what and how we deliver 
  • Identify how we can reduce cost of delivery and improve outcomes through re-design of user experience, business processes, and better collaboration across systems
  • Take research into actionable insights and communicate this in a succinct and human-centred way to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineers to meet our customer needs in an iterative manner
  • Support Re-Leased to develop the cultural conditions, practices, and rituals to design user-centered services
  • Ensure consistency of design elements throughout our products or drive new approaches, re-designs when needed based on evidence through customer insights or stakeholder input
  • Ensure the visual design of the product aligns with the wider company's brand direction
  • Be the voice of UX throughout the organisation - regularly presenting design progress and learnings where appropriate. You will keep us focused not only on the what”, but more importantly the why”. 

Your Experience  

  • Proven experience in product design with a methodological approach – e.g. design thinking 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand different states of a scaling business, always having a pragmatic, yet customer-centric approach at heart
  • Demonstrated passion for all things user experience showing your research and knowledge of the industry’s latest trends
  • Experience engaging in constructive debate and dialogue with your internal partners across technology teams
  • Master of design and rapid, interactive prototyping tools/software
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with front-end engineers within an agile environment, to iterate and give considered feedback
  • Experience translating data and customer insights into designed experiences

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Your Role 

As the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will support the Finance team with customer billing and coordinate cash collection and assist the Billing & Revenue Manager in monitoring the financial status of the business. 

Your Responsibilities  

  • Daily reconciliation of all incoming customer payments across all bank accounts 
  • Ownership of the debtor ledger across all entities to ensue all debts which are >14 days outstanding have a plan of action and is communicated to the Revenue & Billing Manager 
  • Manage collection of outstanding debts through the use of email and phone 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to find solutions in situations where invoices fall overdue due to reasons outside of Finance 
  • Use accounting software to oversee accounts and enter financial data, specifically the Re-Leased Billing Engine, Chaser, GoCardless, and Xero
  • Provide daily reporting on cash collection to the Finance team
  • Prepare 1st drafts of subscriptions and billing for all new & expansion sales
  • Manage the billing email address to ensure that all customer queries are actioned and responded to promptly 

Your Experience  

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in a high growth, fast paced business environment 
  • Demonstrated accounting software literacy 
  • Critical thinking and risk management analysis skills 
  • Proven ability to discover and reflect on process improvement and apply a business owner mindset

Account Executive - APAC

Your Role 

Due to the continued growth and success of our APAC market, we are seeking an Account Executive to join our Auckland based team. Reporting into the Regional Head of Sales, you will own and cultivate your own sales territory and sell Re-Leased products and services to prospective clients within the commercial real estate industry. 

Focused on internal promotion, you’ll be buying into a career pathway looks to develop YOU – our future sales executives and business development leaders, who will enable us to continue on our path of global sales growth, profitability and success. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Accountable for developing and nurturing relationships with Real Estate professionals (Owners/Landlords, Property Managers, Accountants etc.)  
  • Communicate relevant Re-Leased values and be an advocate for who we are as a business  
  • Represent the Re-Leased brand and move our mission forward in the market 
  • Runing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing 
  • Ensure a high level of outbound activity to build pipeline 

Your Experience 

  • Solid experience in B2B software sales in the CRE, Proptech, or Data & Analytics or SaaS industries

Account Executive - US (Auckland Based)

Your Role 

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a seasoned and ambitious Account Executive to execute against lead generating and activity targets within the global Sales team. Using your past sales experience, you’ll work side-by-side with our Sales Development Representatives in identifying and generating opportunities and generating new business leads through outbound sales activities. Speaking to C-Level executives on a daily basis, you’ve got an eye for opportunity, know how to uncover the problems facing a business, and can explain the correlation between business performance and software. 

This role is based in our Auckland office, but you will be servicing our US Sales team. This unique role will give you the opportunity to gain US Sales experience in the SaaS industry, and the opportunity to take your skills abroad to the US. This is a full-time role, working with an overlap in the US time zone (7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday NZT) with our US customers and Sales team. You will also have the opportunity to travel to the US once every quarter.

Your Role
